When I started on my weight loss journey, one of the main concerns was hitting my daily protein goals as a vegetarian. Adding to the fact that I dont like paneer or soya, this seemed almost impossible. Protein shakes were the obvious answer, or so I thought, but whey protein caused bloating and discomfort that I could not just ignore. That is when I stumbled upon Cosmix no-nonsense plant based protein and this made my life so much easier.
If you want to sustain weight loss and muscle gain, the main thing is to "KEEP IT SIMPLE". Few simple habits like meal planning, tracking what you put in your mouth and if possible weighing your food can take you way ahead. As far as protein is coincerned, I rely on dals, beans, soya and paneer disguised as tikkis and Cosmix no-nonsense protein. I started off with their Ratnagiri mango flavour which is divine and then moved to other flavours. Waiting to try their Malabaleshwar strawberries. It is worth the money and it has not caused me any bloating of discomfort, I pair it with my dinner as a cold shake with plain water, some monk fruit sugar and few chunks of ice and I am all set. No more stressing on counting the grams.
